1. Package Access

Your purchase grants access to the interview package as described in the package details. Interview credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical failure on our end or if the service was never accessible.

3. Recording Retention

Interview recordings are stored securely and automatically deleted after 30 days. You may delete your recordings at any time from your dashboard.

4. AI-Generated Content

Feedback and reports are generated by AI and should be used as guidance only. They do not guarantee interview success.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not share, resell, or transfer your access to another user. Misuse may result in account suspension without refund.

6. Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely to generate your interview content.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to update features, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice. Existing purchases remain valid under the terms at the time of purchase.
