1.  Course Start Date Changes : In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Sakmo Trainings reserves the right to change the course start date with five (5) days' notice to the attendee(s).

2.  Payment Terms : All fees must be paid in full at least one (1) week prior to the course start date due to high demand and our policy of a maximum of five students per class to ensure focused attention.

 

3.  No Refund After Start : Once a module or course has started, no refunds will be given. We strongly advise attendees to check the course modules or discuss them with the coordinators in advance.

 

4.  Refund Policy : Customers can claim a refund if requested in writing within five (5) days of the course start date, except for courses starting within a week of enrollment. An administration fee applies for approved refunds, which may take up to 28 days to process.

 

5.  Discounted Package or Bundle Courses : No refunds will be given if the student begins any course within a discounted bundle. Students can take different courses within the price limit (classroom/online/substitute exams at our center) within one year of enrollment, with booking required in advance. Extensions may be granted at management's discretion.

 

6.  International Students : 
   - Once enrolled (full course fee paid), we will confirm enrollment and provide the necessary documents.
   - Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed in writing 14 days before the course start date.
   - For short-notice travel arrangement changes, we may offer a partial refund or alternative training, subject to an administrative charge.
   - If a visa is approved, students must confirm immediately. If a visa is refused, course fees will be refunded (administration charges may apply) upon proof of documentation.

 

7.  Cancellation or Rescheduling : Sakmo Trainings has no liability for any costs incurred due to cancellation or rescheduling. We will strive to find alternative training methods.

 

8.  Change of Start Date : Customers can change the start date with at least seven (7) days' notice in

writing or via email. Late requests may not be processed due to reserved seats and limited space.

 

9.  Payment Default : Sakmo Trainings reserves the right to deny access to any attendee who fails to make full payment on time.

 

10.  Missed Classes : If a class is missed, it will not be repeated. Class times cannot be changed once the course has started.

 

11.  Event Cancellation : If we need to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. We are not responsible for financial losses related to accommodation or travel. An alternative training method will be offered, or a refund issued within 30 days (administration charges may apply).

 

12.  Course Materials and Cancellation : No refunds will be given once course materials have been distributed. Students may reschedule or opt for live online classes as a substitute.

 

13.  No-Show Policy : If you fail to attend a scheduled class, no refund will be issued. However, we may offer a credit for future courses, valid for one year, at management's discretion.

 

14.  Complaints and Suggestions : Online training issues must be reported within one hour of the session start, and classroom issues within three hours, for timely resolution.

 

15.  Terms and Conditions : These terms and conditions are subject to change.
